"My bill was never the same each month. Nobody ever reached out to let me know that there kept being changes in my policy. When I brought it to someone attention only then was I sent a email about it after the fact. The agents were never on the same page. One would tell me I just needed to pay a certain amount to be caught up so I pay it then someone else tells me that’s not the case. I was paperless so everything was done on the app. The bill that they said I was behind on I couldn’t find it in my bills but every single other bill was there except the one they said I didn’t pay. I asked them to email me that 1 bill that was missing, that was weeks ago I still haven’t received it. One of the agents also had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I was asking questions that she didn’t have the answers to. My experience wasn’t great……….."
