"I went to pay my bill on one of the two vehicles that I have insured with Mrs Liz Portee and while being there I discovered that one of the policies had canceled. After a slight misunderstanding Mrs Remy came to the rescue and provided all the answers and made the right calls to get Me rolling again!! "UPDATE… 7 weeks and NO vehicle!!! State Farm is refusing to pay for a battery replacement. Guess who they want to pay for the battery despite the diagnostic report that the battery won’t hold a charge after the airbag deployed. That’s right they want the customer to pay the over $275 to replace the battery. Where do your premiums really go? This is the biggest BS I have ever seen. Taking over seven weeks plus not willing to pay for the battery. They say it’s under warranty from Ford. Ford will not replace a battery under warranty due to an accident. This is what you get for your premiums. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! If you choose State Farm, please make sure you never get an accident because you will be highly disappointed. In addition, don’t expect much much from your agent. Every piece of advice I received has not been true. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know what the definition of an agent is. To this agency collecting your premiums is the only thing that matters customer service means nothing. I am a customer of State Farm and they are willing to void my warranty on a 2025 Ford Explorer with less than 5,000 mile by putting aftermarket parts on a repair! In addition, they have delayed my repair by four weeks and expect me to pay the additional rental car charges. State Farm has been resposible for delaying my vehicle’s repairs! Beware of the devil!"
